You can probably see references to the movie in here. Speaking of the cast, this is the second DW film with Pfeiffer and first of two films with Pitt! The characters here are Sinbad the Sailor (Brad Pitt), Marina (Catherine Zeta-Jones), Prince Proteus (Joseph Fiennes), Eris the GODESS (she wishes) of Chaos (Michelle Pfeiffer), and Spike the Dog. I also really lvoe the musical score by Henry Gregson-Williams And the 2013 film Turbo will be released in July, making it the first July film for Dream-Works in TEN WHOLE YEARS! Although I wish that film was hand-drawn! But, the company is starting to rise again (Look at Rise of the Guardians)Īlso, despite this being declared the last 2D film and only DW movie to be released in July, a film titled ‘’Me and My Shadow’’ is in development and combines both 2D & 3D graphics. Sadly, after this, and Shark Tale, DreamWorks just started to copy themselves and keep adding crude humor, pop culture, and annoying references. I do wish now that I was aware of it when it came out, so that I could’ve seen it in theatres (despite his name being ‘’Sin-Bad’’), which also goes for other Traditional Hand-Drawn 2D animated features- because my theatrical record only is p to five films…. It was fun, adventurous, funny, and had a good moral and heart. What do I think? This was the end of their first age, and it was a great finale. But I got interest in it years later and rented it. I didn’t really see the film until 2011, but I saw a preview for it on a video from Universal, which was for the 1972 Lor… Xarol! Spelled Backwards. Today is the 10th Anniversary of the DreamWorks Animation feature film, and their last ever (as of now) to be traditionally animated, ‘’Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas’’ (2003).
